Croft Farm will be providing food after the event, you can pay and choose your option at registration. We have managed to secure a discounted price on the food if booked at the time of your entry, food will be at full price if ordered on the night.

The food provided will be:

The Lakeside Special - Pork baps with homemade stuffing, apple sauce, homemade coleslaw, chips & salad. GF bread rolls and no stuffing option is available when booking.
​
Vegetarian & Vegan option - Vegetarian & Vegan curry served with rice. GF curry will be served with chips and this option is available when booking.
Medal
All runners, walkers and staggerers will receive a finishers medal.
Goody Bag
On finishing your run, walk or stagger you will receive a goody bag.
Registration
Registration is from 3.00pm
Tewkesbury Wine Run will start at 5.00pm

Registration will be located in the Gym&Tonic gym in Croft Farm. Please arrive in plenty of time to collect your running number and safety pins will be provided.
Run/Walk/Crawl or Stagger...
Run or walk the 1k lap up to 5 laps, at the end of each lap you will have the option to choose a refreshment of white, rose or red wine…there will of course be the option of water and wine gums for those designated drivers and non-drinkers.

Party the Night Away...
Don't rush of home after the run as the party will just be starting...disco dance the night away in the Lakeside Bar.
Fancy Dress
Have fun and come in fancy dress...prizes will be awarded for the best individual fancy dress and team fancy dress.
Parking
Croft Farm are providing free parking on the premises and you will be directed by our parking marshals as you enter site.
Catering & Beverages
Food can be pre-booked on the online entry system or purchased on the day. The Lakeside Bar will be open for runners and spectators before and after the event.
Restrictions
Entrants must be 18+ on the day of the event, ID may be asked for at regsitration.

Unfortunately, due to our insurance restrictions no dogs or pushchairs will be allowed to participate.
Facilites
Competitors and spectators will have full use of the facilities at Croft Farm, which are changing rooms, showers and toilets.
